We, Nemoto Hong Kong Ltd, are entrusted with the business of visual inspection on precision electronic parts upon shipment in South China .

In our Class 1000 clean room located in Shenzhen , China , we provide final visual inspections with our management standard, which are performed in the inspection line according to the customer’s standard. This can make us distinguish defect goods from the one provided by customers. It also enables less Japan domestic inspection cost and shorten the feed back time from end-users.

Inspection contents：Full Inspection

Visual inspection with microscope

　　　　　Detect distortion, discoloration, damage and so on

　 Can handle the goods with tweezers

Random Sampling

　After full inspection, our QA staff will do further AQL random sampling and give the decision to the lot.

Packing： Shrink Package with PP film

　　　　　 Vacuum Packaging with Aluminum bag

Outer packing: carton box, strengthened carton box (for air use)

Our Japanese staff and good Japanese speaking local staff can support you to set up inspection business and manage it. You can even speak in Japanese with our inspection department while in Japan .

We would send you the formatted daily report. According to this, you can utilize it to make the feed back to our factory about defect analysis. On the other hand, we have quick-in-response system to the unexpected issue when the goods are found to be unusual.

Factory Location

Our1^st factory and 2^nd factory is located in Shenzhen city next to Hong Kong . You can get to our factory from Hong Kong in 2 hours by ferry and car.

You can also take direct ferry in Hong Kong International Airport to China and get to our factory in 2 hours without entry into Hong Kong .

Canton Kowloon Railway connecting to China is also one of transportation vehicle to our factory. It takes around 2 hours to get there.

In physical distribution, the goods can be delivered to our two factories from Hong Kong International Airport in 4 hours.

We can deliver the goods directly to your specified destination in China according to your instruction and you do not need to export the goods to Hong Kong .
